Meta is rolling out Meta One bundles worldwide, starting at $7.99 a month, combining Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp subscriptions with extra AI features.
In short: Meta has launched Meta One, a set of paid monthly bundles that combine subscriptions for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp with extra AI usage.
Meta is rolling out Meta One globally starting today. The bundles arrive shortly after Meta introduced Muse, its new AI assistant.
Meta says the basic experience on its apps, and on Meta AI, will still be free. People can also keep buying separate subscriptions for each app instead of a bundle.
For individual users, Meta is offering two bundles. Meta One Core costs $7.99 per month, and Meta One Premium costs $19.99 per month. Both include Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus, and Facebook Plus, and they include more “media generation” with Meta AI, such as making images with Muse or using built-in AI tools in Instagram like Restyle (a feature that changes the look of a photo, like applying a new style filter).
Meta says paying for the bundle is a few dollars cheaper than paying for all three app subscriptions separately, which it lists as $11 per month total.
Meta is also selling Meta One plans for creators and businesses. Pricing ranges from $14.99 up to $499 per month. These plans can include perks like a bold follow button, a verified badge, higher placement in search results, and monitoring for fake accounts that pretend to be you.
Meta says it plans to add more products into these bundles over time, including its Edits app and AI glasses.
This is another step toward social media offering “free basics” and charging for extras, similar to paying for a faster line or better tools. For everyday users, the main question is whether these paid perks and extra AI features are worth a monthly fee.
