By accessing or using AIDIRECTORY (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. About the Platform

AIDIRECTORY is a directory of AI tools and software. The Platform allows users to discover, compare, and review AI tools. It also allows tool makers to submit their products for listing, claim ownership of existing listings, and optionally upgrade their listing for enhanced visibility.

Portions of the Platform's content, including product descriptions, FAQs, and categorisation, are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

3. User Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful behaviour.

5. User Profiles

Users may create a public profile that displays information such as a username, bio, job role, interests, social links, and the tools they use or have submitted. By making your profile public, you consent to this information being visible to other users of the Platform. You may set your profile to private at any time.

6. Product Submissions

Users may submit software products for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a product, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the product and the information you provide is accurate.
• The product does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• You grant AIDIRECTORY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, modify, and distribute the submitted information on the Platform.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. Submissions are reviewed and may be edited for clarity, accuracy, or consistency before publication.

7. Product Claiming and Verification

Product owners may claim ownership of their listing by verifying their association with the product through our verification process. Claiming a product grants you the ability to manage your listing, respond to reviews, and access additional features. We reserve the right to revoke ownership claims that are found to be fraudulent or misleading.

8. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews or other content on the Platform, you agree that:

• Your content is based on genuine experience and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not post content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or that violates any third-party rights.
• You grant AIDIRECTORY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Users must be signed in to submit reviews.

9. Premium Listings and Payments

AIDIRECTORY offers premium listing tiers that provide enhanced visibility and additional features. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a premium listing, you agree to our payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Premium listing fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new purchases only.

10. Discounts and Deals

The Platform may display discount codes and deals for third-party AI tools. These offers are provided by the respective tool owners and are subject to their own terms and conditions.AIDIRECTORY does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or validity of any discount or deal. Your use of any discount code is at your own risk and is solely between you and the tool provider.

11. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements from third-party advertisers. All advertisements are clearly labelled and are separate from organic product listings. Advertising does not influence product rankings, reviews, or editorial content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

12. Affiliate and External Links

The Platform may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The presence of affiliate links does not influence product rankings, reviews, or editorial content.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or availability of any third-party websites linked from the Platform. Visiting external links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software, are the property of AIDIRECTORY or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.

Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with AIDIRECTORY.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews or spam submissions.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent. This includes using bots, spiders, or other automated means to access, index, or collect data from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or the servers and networks used to make the Platform available.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings through coordinated activity, fake accounts, or any other deceptive means.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited messages, promotions, or advertisements to other users.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Any information on the Platform, including AI-generated content, product descriptions, reviews, comparisons, or discount information, is accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before making any decisions based on it.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDIRECTORY, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDIRECTORY, its owner, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

21. Your Privacy
