qbiq is a web-based AI architectural planning platform for architects, real estate service providers, landlords, tenants, brokers, and property managers who need fast preliminary test fits and presentation-ready outputs.

Key capabilities include:

• AI-generated space planning that produces multiple optimized 2D layout alternatives for single or multi-floor spaces based on constraints and program inputs (for example seat count, usage needs, specs)
• 3D visualization for stakeholders, including rendered tours and photorealistic images, plus theme and finishes customization
• BIM-compatible deliverables, including editable CAD drawings and Revit models in native formats for documentation and downstream BIM workflows
• Analysis and estimating, such as area calculation and space utilization metrics (usable area, circulation efficiency) plus quantity takeoffs for materials and furniture
