After the roundtable discussion, the panel selected Brad Lander as the best overall choice. Reporting on the project says seven of the 15 panelists ranked Lander first. The remaining first place votes were split among Zohran Mamdani, Andrew Cuomo, Whitney Tilson, and Adrienne Adams.
