Devin Desktop (formerly Windsurf) is Cognition's desktop AI IDE and agent command center for solo developers, startups, and enterprises that want to build, test, and deploy software with AI agents.

Key capabilities include:

• Editor AI features, including Tab completions, inline edits and Previews to run and view app changes without leaving the editor
• Agent Command Center with a Kanban view and Spaces for running and managing agents, plus support for ACP agents such as Codex and Claude Agent
• Full-stack app generation and iteration, including UI, backend, and database generation, plus code export, Git integration, and custom deployments
• Team and enterprise controls, such as admin dashboards, centralized billing, analytics, SSO, RBAC, and zero data retention on higher tiers

Pricing: Freemium. Free ($0, light agent quota, unlimited Tab and inline edits), Pro ($20/month, frontier models, free SWE-2, Devin Cloud), Max ($200/month), Teams ($80/month plus $40 per full seat, up to 200 users), and Enterprise (custom). Extra usage is billed at API pricing.
