It also covers terms that affect how trustworthy AI can be. For example, “hallucination” is explained as when an AI system makes things up and gives incorrect information. The glossary also explains building block terms like “large language model (LLM),” the kind of AI used in chatbots, and “tokens,” the small chunks of text an AI breaks your words into (like counting ingredients in smaller units instead of one big pile).
