Nscale agrees to buy Anyscale for $1.65 billion

After large language models like GPT-3 became popular, Anyscale focused more on helping companies train and run these models, which often need lots of computers working together.

Nscale has been building out more parts of what it sells, including energy, data centers, and software to manage how computing is used. Nscale raised $2 billion in March and was valued at $14.6 billion at the time, according to TechCrunch.
