Unbaited

Unbaited is a Chrome browser extension for individual X (formerly Twitter) users who want to reduce engagement bait, inflammatory posts, and politically charged content in their feed.

Key capabilities include:

• Real-time tweet analysis via Groq’s API, using a user-selected LLM (for example, Llama 3.3) to classify posts as provocative or emotionally manipulative
• Auto-blur with one-click reveal, hiding flagged tweets while keeping them accessible if the user chooses to view them
• Prompt-level customization, letting users edit the system prompt to tune what gets filtered (for example, negativity, controversy, or specific themes)
• On-scroll detection, scanning new tweets as they enter the viewport and processing them continuously

Pricing: Free to use, requires the user’s own Groq API key.
