Wonderful, an AI agent platform for enterprise customer service, raised $150M led by Insight Partners to expand globally and hire more staff.
In short: Wonderful raised $150 million in new funding to grow its AI agent platform for big companies.
Wonderful announced a $150 million Series B funding round on March 12, 2026. The round was led by Insight Partners, with Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Vine Ventures also participating.
The company says this brings its total funding to about $286 million. Wonderful previously raised a $34 million seed round in July 2025 and a $100 million Series A in November 2025, meaning this new round came about four months after the Series A.
Wonderful also said it is now valued at $2 billion. The company was founded in 2025 and is based in Amsterdam. It was co-founded by CEO Bar Winkler and CTO Roey Lalazar, and it has ties to Israel.
Wonderful builds “AI agents,” which are software helpers that can handle tasks like customer support chats, phone calls, and email responses, in multiple languages. Think of them like a well trained customer service rep that can work 24 hours a day, but inside a company’s computer systems.
The company says it will use the money to expand into more than 30 markets and grow from 350 employees to about 900 by the end of the year. It also plans to set up more local deployment teams, meaning people on the ground who help large organizations connect the AI system to their existing tools faster, especially in telecom, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
