TechCrunch says startups have until 11:59 p.m. PT on Sept. 18 to book an exhibit table for Disrupt 2026 in San Francisco, held Oct. 13–15.
In short: TechCrunch says startups have until 11:59 p.m. PT on September 18 to book an exhibit table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
TechCrunch published a reminder that exhibit table bookings for the Disrupt 2026 Expo Hall close tonight, Friday, September 18, at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that deadline, startups will not be able to add themselves to the event’s Expo Hall.
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is scheduled for October 13 to 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. TechCrunch says the event expects more than 10,000 attendees, including founders, investors, operators, and other tech leaders.
According to TechCrunch, an exhibit package costs $12,500. It includes a table for all three days and 10 team passes. The package also includes lead generation through the Disrupt app and website (a way to collect contact details, like a digital sign-up sheet), plus access aimed at meeting venture capital investors, press contacts, and on-site networking areas.
For early-stage companies, events like Disrupt can work like a busy trade show where you set up a small booth and try to get noticed. The deadline matters because it decides which startups will have a physical spot on the floor when attendees walk around looking for new products, partners, or companies to invest in.
