According to reports, the user asked Grok to “roast” Keller-Sutter using vulgar slang and framed it as a “game.” The user deleted the chat two days later. Switzerland’s finance ministry said the complaint aims to identify the user behind the prompt and to examine whether X could also face criminal liability for what the AI produced.

A ministry spokesperson, Pascal Hollenstein, said “such misogyny cannot be considered normal or acceptable.” He said the government wants to protect the reputation of the Federal Council and hold those responsible accountable. Prosecutors in Bern confirmed they received the complaint on March 24, but did not share further details, and an X spokesperson did not respond to questions.
