The Financial Times has launched AI Exchange, a monthly series of interviews about how artificial intelligence is being used across different industries.
In short: The Financial Times has introduced AI Exchange, a monthly interview series focused on how artificial intelligence is being used in real life.
AI Exchange is a new monthly series from the Financial Times. It runs alongside the publication’s existing Tech Exchange dialogues.
In the series, FT journalists interview scientists, developers, and business leaders. The goal is to explore more ways artificial intelligence is being used across many parts of life and work.
The AI Exchange page gathers these interviews in one place. Recent topics listed include how AI could change how law firms charge clients, how investors think about building AI systems, how AI tools might affect film and art, and what AI ethics leaders think about the idea of “artificial general intelligence” (the claim that a computer could think like a person).
For most people, AI news can feel abstract or confusing. A regular interview series can make it easier to understand what is actually changing, and what is still uncertain. It is a bit like having a guided tour of a fast-changing area, with different experts explaining the parts they know best.
