Anthropic launched a new “Reflect” dashboard for Claude that summarizes what you ask about, when you use it most, and lets you set break reminders.
In short: Anthropic has introduced a new “Reflect” dashboard in its Claude chatbot that summarizes how you have used Claude over different time periods.
Anthropic announced a new feature called Reflect for Claude, its AI chatbot (a chat app that answers questions and helps with tasks). The company describes it as a “reflection dashboard,” similar in spirit to year-in-review summaries like Spotify Wrapped.
Reflect lets people view an analysis of their Claude usage over the past month, three months, six months, or year. It starts with a summary of the main topics you talked about, the types of tasks you asked Claude to do, and your usage patterns, including when you tend to use it most.
The dashboard also includes controls to help people manage their time. Users can set “quiet hours” and get break reminders after using Claude for a certain amount of time. Anthropic also suggested it plans to add a total time spent metric, like a count of hours, in a future update.
Anthropic says the dashboard will sometimes ask reflective questions, such as what you want to keep doing yourself even if Claude could do it faster. After you answer, the company says you can then discuss that answer with Claude.
As more people rely on chatbots for writing, planning, and everyday questions, it can be hard to notice how much you use them and what you use them for. A usage summary is like a bank statement for your AI time, it can help you spot patterns and decide whether they match your goals.
